1. Cancellation
As a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) provider, our services are offered on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, please manage billing by going to the billing page or contact us via support chat at any point.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred after that date.
2. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your subscription. Our refund policy is as follows:
- We do not provide refunds for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
- All fees paid are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or for unused features.
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be charged again in the subsequent billing period.
- Refunds will not be provided for any additional services, add-ons, or customizations beyond the standard subscription fees.
3. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to our services at any time for violation of our Terms of Service or for any other reason, with or without cause. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
